I want to be a professional Teacher or a lecturer and want to start my studies for the same from now onwards. Please let me know about the courses and institutes for the same asap. I do not want to waste my time. I am not eligible for NET as i will not be able to secure 55% in Master Degree. So Please provide an alternative for the same.     Answer :   Dear Parvinder, Thank You for your email. To become a professor or a lecturer you will have to pass NET/ SET exam. The eligibility for the same is 55%. An another alternative is after your post graduation degree you can pursue B.Ed to qualify for teaching in schools at higher secondary level.
